Abstract: The supercritical CO2 was used to extract the lipid from Brucea javanica and the alter of the pressure to change thesolvency of lipid, was studied thereby to separate the oil of different qualities. Lipids of two different qualities were obtainedwith one as a low content of free fatty acids (FFA) and the other as a high content of free fatty acids (FFA) which could be usedas a medicine ingredient for anti-tumour treatment.
