Test Study on the Use of Complex Biological Fresh-keeping Agents in Mussels

Abstract: This paper introduced the cold storage of mussels combined with complex biological fresh-keeping agents of differentformula. The results showed that the effect of the complex biological fresh-keeping agents of lysozymes, nisin and etc. was good.
