Study on Polysaccharide Extraction from Stachys geobombycis and Its Content Determination

Abstract: The content of total polysaccharide in the coarse polysaccharide extraction from Stachys geobombycis was deteminedwith phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry. The results showed that the coarse polysaccharide extraction could reach 85% and thecontent of total polysaccharide was 82.2%.
