Abstract: According to the investigation and practical study, Methamidophos and Oimethoate etc. 22 commonly used organonitrogen pesticides and organophosphorous pesticides were selected. A method was optimized to detect 22 pesticides residue in rice by GC.The results showed that the minimum detection limits were from 5.18×10-12g to 8.541×10-11g with high separated degree and wide linear relation. The results indicated that the recoveries were from 73.04% to 109.16% and coefficients of variation range in 1.16%~12.58%. The method was a quick and practical analysis detection method ,meeting to the requirement of residue determination of pesticides completely .So the method could be applied to practice.
