Study on Concentration Direct Reading Analytical Method for Distribution of Micro-fluorine in Nanyang Color Wheat

Abstract

Abstract: The distribution of micro-fluorine in nanyang color wheat was determined with fluoride ion selective electrode by concentration direct reading method. This method was simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate after the sample was ultrasonicly extracted . The recovery was 92.0%～101.6% by standard addition method, and RSD< 5%(n=3).The results obtained were satisfactory.
