Isolation and Purification of IgG from Immune Colostrums

Abstract: IgG precipitated by ammonium sulfate from Immune colostrum was isolated and purified by DEAE-Sepharose FF Ion exchange chromatography and Sephacryl S-200 Gel filtration chromatography. IgG was validated by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, one-dimension rocket immunoelectrophoresis and the methods of tube agglutination. The results demonstrated that based on high activity, the purity of IgG was significant increased.
