The Present Situation and Development of Fresh Maintaining and Processing Technology of Fruit and Vegetable

Abstract: The fresh maintaining and processing technology is of great importance in the development of fruit and vegetable industry, as well as agricultural products manufacture. This paper summarized the present situation and future development of the fresh maintaining and processing technology in fruit and vegetable industry; the main techlniques and their application in this field. It also provided a new approach to accelerate the development of our fruit and vegetable industry.
