Study on the Food Safety Law System of China

Abstract: The construction of food safety law system in China has been more and more perfect since the < LAW OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA ON QUALITY AND SAFETY OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT> was enacted. And some achievements have been got in the control of food safety. But there are still many problems, e.g. there are no related regulations suited with the existing laws and the revision of the law lags behind the demand, etc. According to this situation, some suggestions are put forward in this article in order to perfect the food safety law system of China.
