Abstract:  Phosphatidyl choline of high purity (PC content 96.2%) was prepared from commerial soybean powder phospholipids (PC content 40.0%) by coordination adsorption column chromatography (CACC). As the main objective,Cu2+ ligand exchange resin column was established for the separation of phosphatidyl cholines and CACC conditions were optimized. The results showed that, phosphatidyl choline of high purity could be effectively and facilely separated under the optimum CACC conditions.
