Application and Prospect of Biotechnology in Food Industry

Abstract:  Biotechnology is burgeoning, which makes an important action in the area of food, resources, health and environment. On the research and application of biotechnology in the world, the application, current situation and future prospects in the area of food industry are reviewed in this paper.
