Study on Food Security of Geographical Indications Supervised and Managed

Abstract: Geographical Indications was one of seven intellectual property rights in WTO-TRIPS Agreement. It perfectly helped companies produce secure, ecological and traditional foods. GI in essential insured character and credit of food by way of control quantity and quality. However, that there were recently some serious affairs about GI foods badly destroyed brand of GI in China. The study was on base of guild management with the assistant of enterprises self-discipline. GI food enterprises or guild applied the favorable producing criterion and the safe control technology into food chains. They put the CS brand mind of GI food into practice, promoted the food system of tracing to origin and devised PMS bar code of two dimensions in supervising system of GI food in order to develop natural and traditional food feature. It was sure that they sincerely provide the best and the more secure GI foods to consumers.
