Abstract: In this research, chemical constituents from the Clematis songarica Bge were obtained were obtained with the method of water extraction, ethanol extraction and petroleum ether extraction. Protein, amino acid, carbohydrate, alkaloid and organic acid were determined in the water extracts. Phenol, organic acid, volatile oil, flavonoid and alkaloid were determined in the ethanol extracts. Alkaloid was in the acid extracts. Petroleum ether extracts were mainly used for the determination of the volatile oil, steroid, oil, lactone and coumarin.
