Abstract: Two methods including supercritical fluid extraction (CO2-SFE) method and 60% alcohol heat extraction method were used to extract trace components. The contents of main component in the extract were determined by gas chromatography (GC). The results showed that: (1) Ethyl acetate can not be extracted by the two methods; (2)Four kinds of ester including ethyl lactate, ethyl caproate, ethyl butyrate and ethyl valproate can be extracted by CO2-SFE, but only two kinds of esters including ethyl lactate and ethyl valproate can be abstracted by 60% alcohol heat extraction, with the ethyl lactate content about 275. 92855mg/100g much higher than 11.89551mg/100g extracted by CO2-SFE. Based on the above results, it is suggested that the CO2- SFE method is better than heat extraction method.
