Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of nutrition combined with kinesis on the level of insulin resistance, CHO and TG in rat body. Method: To observe the effects on the serum resistin and blood grease by using the Tianshengwuweiyin combined with the middle intensity kinesis to interfere in the rats fed with high grease. Results: The resistin levels of rats fed with Tianshengwuweiyin of middle dosage, high dosage and middle dosage combined with kinesis decreased more obviously than control(p<0.05); and the CHOs of rats fed with Tianshengwuweiyin of middle dosage decreased more significantly than control (p< 0.01); the TGs of rats with kinesis decreased by a wider margin than control. Conclusion: The combination of nutrition and motion have fine adjustment effects on resistin, CHO and TG.
