Research Progress of Polysaccharides of Portulaca oleracea

Abstract: This paper briefly introduced the extraction, constitution, determination and pharmacology of the polysaccharides of Portulace oleracea L. in the last decade. The polysaccharides of Portulace oleracea L. is a natural functional food with high development potentials and values and will be widely used to prevent various diseases.
