Study on Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids Contents in Tamarix elongate Ldb.

Abstract: Tamarix elongate Ldb.contains flavonoid.In this test the total flavonoids contents are assayed by using spectroscopic methods with rutin as standard.The results showed that the optimum extracting conditions are 40% ethanol with 1:50 solid liquidratio and heated at 80 ℃ for an hour.The result can provide important theoretical basis for exploitation of Tamarix elongate Ldb resources.
