Abstract: Objective:To observe the effect of different lipids of Sapium sebiferum Roxb culture on the growth of Lentinula edodes(Berk.)Pegler mycelium. Methods:Plate cultivation.Activated strains 621 of Lentinula edodes(Berk.)Pegler were cultured in basic medium and lipid enriched medium containing tallow and kernel oil of Sapium sebiferum Roxb.Respectively.Results:It is showed that the growth velocity of the mycelium and their colonial morphologies is different under different lipid containing media.Kernel oil of Sapium sebiferum Roxb.could accelerate the growth of the mycelium of Lentinula edodes(Berk.)Pegler, while the tallow oil couldn’t.That suggested that unsaturated fatty acids have more positive effects on growth of mushroom mycelium.
