Composition Analysis of Amplelopsis grossedentata Lufeng

Abstract: Objective:To provide foundation for developing Amplelopsis grossedentata with physic and edible use.Method:to plant Amplelopsis grossedentata Lufeng,Amplelopsis grossedentata with green leaves,Amplelopsis grossedentata with red leaves in the same ecological environment in accordance with the require of mathematical statistics and give the same management.Then sowing and reaping dry grass to do composition analysis.Result:The content of total flavone,amino acid and VE in Amplelopsis grossedentata Lufeng are 36.3% and 30.7%,32.5% and 23.5%,49.9% and 85.6% higher than Amplelopsis grossedentata with green leaves and Amplelopsis grossedentata with red leaves respectively,and all of them attain the remarkable standard.The total sugar is 2.2% and 10.2% lower than Amplelopsis grossedentata with green leaves and Amplelopsis grossedentata with red leaves respectively.Conclusion:Amplelopsis grossedentata Lufeng is not only of the distinct flavor and good taste,but also has widely used in various domains with more amount of utilization,better medical treatment and health care than Amplelopsis grossedentata with green leaves and Amplelopsis grossedentata with red leaves.It is more worthful to develop in industry domain.
