Nourishment and Safety Analysis of Edible Grease

Abstract: As the raise of living standard in China,people take more and more grease increasingly.Edible oil and grease has already become closely relative with consumer’s health.If total intake amount,species match and edible method are inappropriate,it can not promote human body health,even take negative effects.So it is necessary that leading consumer to know about the inside contact between grease and nourishment completely and systematically,controlling the intake amount in daily life and selecting appropriate species and scientific edible method.
