Abstract: In order to find out the adsorption function and the thermodynamics character of D941 resin to tea polysaccharide, the adsorption isotherm was mensurated and fit with Langmuir equation and Freundlich equation. The results showed that when the higher temperature, the lower adsorption capacity of D941 resin to tea polysaccharide. The adsorption of D941 resin to tea polysaccharide is fit for the adsorption model of Langmuir when the concentration of sample solution is 2.5~5.5 mg/ml,and when the concentration of sample solution is between 1.5 and 5.5 mg/ml,the adsorption is well correlated with the adsorption model of Freundlich. The results of the thermodynamics character showed that Gibbs free energy changes and Enthalpy changes below zero(Δ Gm < 0,Δ Hm < 0).Equilibrium adsorption quantity of tea polysaccharide on D941 resin is 16.5 mg/g.These experimental results indicated that the D941 resin is suitable for adsorbing tea polysaccharide.
