Simultaneous Determination of Trace Elements in Navel Orange from Jiangxi Province with Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES)

Abstract: A method for the simultaneous determination of trace elements Al,As,Ba,B,Ca,Co,Cr,Cu,Fe,K,Li,Mg,Mn,Ni,P,Pb,Zn,Be,Cd,Se,Sr,La,Ce,Y,Sm and Lu in navel orange after HNO3-HClO4 digestion by ICP-AES was established.The recoveries of spiked samples are between 87.7%and 114.1%,and the RSD(n=3) is in the range of 0.42% to 4.51%.It was found that navel orange is rich in K,Ca,P and Mg and the contents of trace elements in navel oranges from different counties are different.
