Abstract: Different doses of Oviductus Ranae and its hydrolysate were added to the feed of mice to investigate their antioxidant activities. It was found that Oviductus Ranae can significantly improve the activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione reductase, and 1% hydrolysate of Oviductus Ranae added to the feed of also can significantly reduce the MDA and NO levels. Therefore,Oviductus Ranae has some antioxidant effects.
