Abstract: GC-MS method was developed to determine the anilazine residue in cereals. Compared with the existing methods,it is more simple, economic and precise as well. This method has good linear correlation( r > 0.999). The recovery rate ranges 83.5% to 92.7%,the detection limit is 0.002 mg/kg and the RSD is 1.36% to 3.82%. The results of verification experiments in three different labs certificated the method can meet the requires of determination of anilazine residue in import and export cereals.
