Study on Extraction Technology of Polysaccharides from Sanguisorba officinalis L. var. longifolia Yu et Li

Abstract: The experiment is designed to study the technical condition of water soluble polysaccharide extraction from roots of Sanguisorba officinalis L. var. longifolia Yu et Li. Results showed that the optimum technological conditions are solid-liquid ratio 1:30, the best temperature 90 ℃, the total time 2 h and times of extraction 3. The extraction yield could be up to 4.39%.
