Study on Organophosphorus and Pyrethroid Pesticides Multi-residues in Vegetables

Abstract: Through the sampling and monitoring of 460 vegetables samples, the results showed that the banned omethoate and the non-prohibiting chlorothalonil were still used frequently on the vegetables. In different species of vegetables, the highest detection rate of pesticide residues is found in beans, while the highest average rate is 48.8%. Accerding to different seasons, the highest detection rate is in July with the average rate 36%. From different vegetables sources, the highest disqualification rate is found in the supermarket with the average rate 13.3%.
