Proteomic Techniques and Its Applications in Nutrition Research

Abstract: Proteomics has been widely applied to nutrition research. Proteome analysis also is expected to play an important role in researching nutrition-associated diseases in humans and animals, such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and aging. Proteomic techniques and its applications in nutrition research are reviewed.
