Abstract:

The negative effects of pesticide residues on food safety have become more and more obvious, so high requirements have been made for the rapid detection of pesticide residues in foods. This article introduces the basic principle of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and the key technologies for the establishment of ELISA, and reviews the applications in the detection of pesticide residues in foods.

Key words: enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), pesticide residue, detection
