Study on Food Cold Chain Logistics System for 2008 Olympic Games

Abstract: Firstly, this paper put forward the definition of cold chain, analyzed the condition of cold chain logistics, and studied the characteristic of Olympic food cold chain logistics. On this basis, the demand for cold-chain logistics of Olympic Games was forcasted, and the Olympic food cold chain logistics subsystem content was expounded. Finally two important parts of the system were studied deeply: the cold chain distribution and logistics information platform construction.
