Abstract: In this study, the insulin-like growth factor -Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ) in bovine colostrums was separated and purified. Especially, the study focused on the optimization of pretreatment conditions in the separation to access high level of IGF-Ⅰ. The content of IGF-Ⅰ in each process was detected by radio-immunoassay (RIA). Provide the basis for follow-up work to further purified with scale ultra-filtration and high-level production of IGF-I in the future.
