Abstract: A method is described for simultaneous analysis of simazine, atrazine, acetochlor, alachlor, prometryne, pyridaben, quizalofop-ethyl residue in strawberry using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The herbicides in the sample was extracted with ethyl acetate. The extract was decanted into a flask through a filter paper, then the filtered solution was concentrated to dry. The dry sample was dissolved and added to 5 mL with acetone-n-hexane (30:70, V/V). It was cleaned up by Florisil, concentrated again. The sample was dissolved and adjusted to 1mL with acetone. The solution was used for GC-MS analysis. The calibration curve has good linear in the ranges of 0.05~1.00μg/ml, and the correlation coffient is 0.9964~0.9998 for herbicides, respectively. The recovery of the method is 77.4%~125.2%, and the detection limit is 0.01μg/g.
