Culture Technology of Kunyu Mountain Pholiota adiposa(Wild-type) in Liquid Medium

Abstract: A suitable liquid medium for shaking culture of Kunyu Mountain Pholiota adipose(wild-type) was screened using single test statistics. Composition of the medium includs of 5.0 % corn meal,2.0 % wheat bran,0.1% KH2PO4,0.05 % MgSO·4 7 H2O and 100μg VB1/L;Under the conditions of pH 6.0～7.5,10 % inoculation,26 ℃ to 27 ℃,160 r/min and 150 ml medium in 500 ml flask,the recovered dried mycelium is 45 g/L.
