Evelopment of Determination Technique of Hormone Residues in Meat Products

Abstract: The technique of extraction and determination of hormone residues in meat products in modern analysis was dissertated in this paper. Principles and applications of methods used in the extraction and determination were summarized, based on which the developmental direction were discussed.
