Abstract: Several cancer animal models were designed by researchers. Meanwhile, by performing in vivo and in vitro animal test, employing a series of in vitro characteristic cancer cell lines experiments, and applying related pathobiology evaluation system, the anti-cancer effect and mechanism of conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) on different type of cancer cells, target cancer organs and cancer biomarkers have been investigated.
