Abstract: Followed the process of alcoholic extraction, purified with ethyl acetate and precipitation in acetone, a crystal was isolated from Henasleya sinesis Cogn. After detected by HPLC and MS and analyzed fragmentate pathway of its quasi-molecular ion under induced ESI collision, Cucurbitacin IIa (Dihydrocucurbitacin F-25-O-acetate) was identified as the main constituent (its content was 95.1%) of the crystal.
