Biological Activities of Seaweeds Polysaccharide

Abstract: At present, the research of seaweeds polysaccharide causes more and more peoples’ interests. The review describes their structures and extraction methods. On the bases of those, the review puts emphasis on the biological activities of the seaweeds polysaccharide, including antivirus, antitumor, antimutation, antioxidation, regulating immune activity and some other functions. As a result, the application of the seaweeds will surely have an extensive prospect.
