Principles of Immunoaffinity Chromatography and Its Application in Food Safety Monitoring

Abstract: As a high performance sample treatment measure, IAC can greatly improve the analysis capability. This paper covers the basic principle of IAC, characteristics of it and applications of IAC in food safety monitoring and gives the perspective of IAC in the future.
