Fast Quantitative Determination of Fatty Acid in Milk

Abstract: The high fatty acid in milk that had been methylated was analyzed by gas chromatograph methed.The results showedthat long chain fatty asid Consisting of mcre than 12 carbons was in very good linear range,whereas the Correlation coefficientswas 0.9991.The recovery rate was 89.0%~109%. The method is simple and fast.
