Developmental Status and Trends of Food Cold Chain in the World

Abstract: With the development of economy and further demand to food, people lay more and more emphasis on the developmentof food cold chain. This paper provides a critical review to the last progresses of food cold chain in the world and the present statusof food cold chain in China. Some problems that should be paid attention to and the trend of food cold chain development in Chinaare also presented in the paper.
