Abstract: This study aimed to set up a method for simultaneous detection of organophosphorus pesticides in hydrogenated vegetable oil with GC.The organophosphorus pesticides in samples were extracted with CH2Cl2-Na2SO4 solution, and after purification and concentration the extracts were detected by using GC with HP-1701 capillary columm and flame photometric detector(FPD). The qualitative and quantitative analyses of these organophosphorus pesticides were conducted according to retention time and peak area. The detection limits of these organophosophosphorus pesticides are 0.01mg/kg and the recoveries are 87.5% to 93.3%.
