Abstract: Objective:To establish a fast assay and analytical method for the determination of orgnaophosphorus pesticides residues in foods. Method:Using capillary gas chromatography with nitrogen phosphorous detector, the contents of the five kinds of orgnaophosphorus pesticides residues, including dichlorvos,metacide,pirimiphos-methyl and parathion, were determined simultaneously. Results:The calibration curves of five kinds of pesticides are in good linearity over the range of 0.1 to 10μg/ml. The average recovery is from 89.37% to 94.28%,and the detection limit is 2μg/kg. Conclusion:The method is simple and fast with good reproducibility. It can be used to determine and analyse the contents of the orgnaophosphorus pesticides residues in grains and vegetables.
