Study on the Nutritional Components and Safety Foctors of Lotus

Abstract: The nutritional components and safety factors of lotus were studied. The results show that the contents of VC, mineral elements, saccharide, flavone and amino acid are very rich. In addition, the results also show that the lotus is safe for human.
