Preliminary Study on Homogenate in the Extraction of Oils in Oilseeds

Abstract: The oil is extracted with suitable solvent from the oil treated with homogenizer. After removing the solvent by reduced pressure distillation, the oil is obtained finally. The availability of this method is evaluated by detecting the contents, the acid value and the peroxide value of the oil.
