Abstract: A fluorescence method was established by using the 20-3 oil, Dagang oil and chrysence as the standard oil for the determination of petroleum hydrocarbons in aquatic products. The analytical precision was perfect, RSD was 2.2%, the recovery ≥84.4%. The detectable limits were 0.20, 0.25, 0.30μg/g respectively, the linear range was 0 ~ 50μg/g. Calculated to Chrysence Equal, the results from different standard oils were comparable.

Key words: petroleum hydrocarbons, Chrysence, fluorescence spectrophotometry
