Study on the Suitability of ISO22000 Certification in China

Abstract:  Based on establishing the framework of the food safety management system,ISO22000 standard joined together with ISO9000 standard,and covered all of the requirements of HACCP from CAC. On the view of the government,food organization,consumer and certification industry,it is a need to develop the ISO22000 certification. But there are problems such as the limited scale of the food organization,and disordered operation of the certification. Then,the policy proposals are made in the end of the paper.
