Study on Extracting Carotion from Carrot by Supercritical Carbon Dioxide and Its Protection to Liver

Abstract:  The objective of this paper was to study effect protection of to liver of the extract of carrot by supercritical carbon dioxide to CCl4 treated with mice. This result showed that the extract of carrot by supercritical carbon dioxide can decrease activity of ALT,AST and the damage degree of CCl4 to mice liver.
