Abstract: The extraction of rapeseed protein in difference solvent and condition is studied and foe good extraction conditions is concluded.salt solvent is 5.5%.rapeseed meal to solvent is 1: 50.extraction temperature is 40T .At the some time.xtle define intercepting molecular weight of ultrafiltration membrane and ultrafiltration technology and condition.
