Abstract: This paper reported the determination of trehalose in biol ogical materials by trehalase in the range of0.012 ～1. 12mlo/ml concentration of trehalose was linearly related to A=525nm,Y=-0.009+0.405X,r=0.991 .Optimumconditions of analysis were pH5.6,50℃,20min.The method was accurate,specific and not interfered by impurities.
