Abstract: This paper studied the application conditions of the test paper method to determine the coliforms incondiment package of instant noodle.After the sample was incubated in the test paper made by the author in 36±1℃ fer 12 ～ 15 hours the result can be determined.The positve consistent rate is 100% or more in every diluteconcentration.
