Abstract: The content of starch could be rapidly and precisely determined using the enzyme electrodesysterm combined by glucose oxidase. This analysis could be finished within 80s. Each linear range isbetween 0 and 100mg/dl. The coefficient of variation is 0. 41 % with 20 continuous assays.
