Study on Purification and Spectra Analysis of Cardamine Urbaniana O.E.Schlz-Selenium Polysaccharide

Abstract: DEAE-Cellulose-52 ion-exchange chromatography was used to separate CUS-SeP. It was successful to obtain four fractions, by the step gradient elution. PE was further purified by SephdexG-200. Electrophoresis was applied to identify the purity of PE, and identified to be electrophoresis grade purity. The structure characteristics of CUS-SeP were analysed with UV and FTIR.
